          Royce (Adrien Brody) wakes from unconsciousness to find herself parachuting into a strange forest. He met some other people who have arrived there in the same way: Mexico drug cartel enforcement Cuchillo (Danny Trejo), Spetsnaz forces Nikolai (Oleg Taktarov), Israel Defense Forces sniper Isabelle (Alice Braga), Revolutionary United Front officials Mombasa (Mahershalalhashbaz Ali), death row prisoners Stans (Walton Goggins), Yakuza enforcement Hanzo (Louis Ozawa Changchien), and doctors Edwin (Topher Grace). No one knows where they are or how they got there. Royce took over, but reveals little about himself, even though Isabelle suspect that he is a black ex-soldier and mercenary operations. It is speculated that they were brought to the forest to the ground with the exception of Edwin since they were all armed and deadly killer. Arriving at a higher location, they found themselves staring at an unfamiliar sky, and concluded that they were not on Earth.

          The Group subsequently met Noland (Laurence Fishburne), a military air strike that has survived on this planet for many years by scavenging and hiding in abandoned structures. Noland also revealed that there was bloodshed between the Predator is bigger and smaller. Noland tried to kill the group at night, but Royce create interesting sounds for the Predator, which killed Noland. In the subsequent chase, Nikolai sacrifices himself to kill a Predator, with the use of explosives. Edwin when he was injured by a trap, Royce, and Isabelle head to camp. When Isabelle refuses to leave him, Royce leaving them behind, and they were caught by the third and last great predator.
          Royce and liberate the small Predator heads for the ship as the two faced one another Predator. Larger predators kill an enemy and then destroy the ship for takeoff. Meanwhile, Edwin paralyzing neurotoxic venom on Isabelle with a scalpel on earth and revealed that he is a psychopathic killer, and feels that he fits in between the monster planet.
Booby-Traps body Edwin Royce with grenades, using her as bait to disorient Predator. He uses fire to hide the heat signature, and then against the violence occurred.
         While Royce is hiding behind a tree to rest, Predator change his view of the heat signal for tracking the heartbeat. Soon, the Predator finds Royce behind a tree and attack it. Just when Royce was about to be given the death blow from the Predator, Isabelle dragging her towards the sniper and shoot Predator. This allows Royce to bounce back and decapitate suscessfully Predator. As Royce and Isabelle recover from their suffering, they are more victims who were deployed to observe the forest. Royce states that they must find another way off of this planet.
